-The Navs have officially signed two new players:
Jesse Bruinsma, an outfielder from Curry College and Lynnfield, MA, who shined in the Navs' exhibition win over the Dominican Republic All-Stars;
Frank Pesanello, a catcher from Plainville, MA, and Northeastern University. This move became necessary when Jay McConnell left the team due to back problems.
-Makeup dates announced:
The July 13 home game against Torrington has been rescheduled for this Saturday, July 19, at 2:00 PM. Immediately following the Torrington game, the Navs will play their regularly scheduled game against North Adams, tentatively scheduled for 5:30 PM. Following the North Adams game, there will be fireworks and live music.
The July 4 game @ Holyoke, which was canceled due to rain, will be made up on July 30 at 6:30 PM in Holyoke.
